rom the land where old cultural tradition and modern technology live side by side, comes the Fukuro Matsuri Festival; one event that promises nothing short of a wondrous spectacle.  It is held on the last weekend of September and the first weekend of October at West Gate Park near the Ikebukuro Station in Tokyo.
